Service Description
Urban Scrubbers provides a well-rounded standard cleaning service focused on maintaining cleanliness, order, and comfort throughout the property. Our typical tasks include: General dusting of accessible surfaces such as furniture, shelves, décor, and fittings. Vacuuming and mopping in all accessible rooms or as designated. General bathroom cleaning, including wiping and freshening toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers. Kitchen surface cleaning, covering countertops, sinks, splashbacks, and the external surfaces of appliances. Light dishwashing where required. Wiping and sanitising additional surfaces, including dining tables, coffee/centre tables, TV stands, bedside tables, internal windows, and door surfaces. Bed making and sheet changes, when clean linen is provided or already available on-site. Laundry and ironing, where arranged in advance or specified by the client. Waste removal, including emptying bins and disposing of rubbish appropriately. Tidying and organising common areas to restore order and improve overall presentation.
Cancellation Policy
By placing a booking with Urban Scrubbers, you agree to the following: Availability & Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once you receive our official confirmation via email. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking or within 24 hours of invoice. We accept credit/debit cards online and bank transfer. Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a charge. Access & Responsibilities: Please ensure we have access to the premises at the agreed time. If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Service Guarantee: If you’re unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 48 hours of the clean and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Customer Support: Questions?
