By placing a booking with Urban Scrubbers, you agree to the following: Availability & Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once you receive our official confirmation via email. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking or within 24 hours of invoice. We accept credit/debit cards online and bank transfer. Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a charge. Access & Responsibilities: Please ensure we have access to the premises at the agreed time. If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
